Mab Engineers and Architects was appointed since 2022 by JJP Group to support their student accomodation development strategy under risk based engagement. We have identified strategic site and partnership with key stakeholders for this project focusing on planning,cordination and project establishment activities.
Key responsibilities includes the identification of suitable development sites, as well as engagement with project owners and TvET Colleges to support alignments of needs,feasibility considerations and project requirement before concepts design, financial close and construction.
Mab Engineers and Architects other role included, stakeholder facilitation, supporting initial technical and planning processes and assisting in concepts design and professional team engagement. There is potential development of over 5000 beds based on our initiative to address student accomodation challenges around CoT (City of Tshwane).
